About Sales Recruitment agencies
You might be thinking why should I use sales recruitment agencies or why should I use Sales Recruiters. There’s many reasons to one use a recruitment company and two to choose us as your sales recruiters. Most sales recruitment companies have access to 100,000’s of CV’s (we have access to over 4 million), its true you could yourself buy access to a CV database through jobsites, but it will cost you around £500 for a months access and there’s hundreds of job boards out there. So it would cost you £1000’s to sign up to enough to have the same resource that a recruitment company does and then of course you have to search through all the CV’s , then call candidates to see if there interested in your role, then do a telephone interview, and background check them, all then move onto the in person interviews. To be honest now days that’s what people pay your normal run of the mill sales recruitment agency to do for you, because its not cost effective to pay to get access to a large amount of CV’s yourself and because people don’t want to spend time doing the recruiting process, IE the CV searching, background checking, calling round, interviewing .......
Now you maybe thinking, that’s sounds fair enough and that it seems wise to use a recruitment company, and you’d be right for most sales roles. But i want to make it clear that here at Sales Recruiters the above process is a tiny fraction of what we do to find the very best for our clients. There’s only a handful of recruitment companies (even less if your looking for one that specialises in sales recruitment) that don’t just do the above which is mostly known as ‘database search recruitment companies’, again we are NOT one of these. We do have a very large database of candidates that we do check, but if you look at things logically, say your our clients and you have a high paying sales position you need a real top notch sales person for. Are we going to find the best possible candidate by looking for people out of work, most likely no. If someone is that good they will already be in work, that’s why we approach the recruitment process in a different way, we use are vast contacts built up over a number of years to talk to top sales people who are already doing well in a sales role to see who may be interested in moving across to your company, we of course also look out and are normally one of the first to get wind of news if a top sales candidates is unhappy in his current role or is looking to relocate. If we don’t think we have the perfect candidate after talking to our contacts we will then go for full on head hunting, calling around competitors seeing if we can nick your competitions best sales people which can be hugely valuable. We charge no extra fees for head hunting because you’ve hired us to find the best sales person, full stop, and we’ll do whatever it takes. We’re very transparent with our fees which are very competitive at 19% (most agency charge 25% ), don’t get me wrong you will be able to find cheaper recruiters but you won’t get anywhere near the same level of service, and hiring waste of time sales people can end up costing you real money.
